"February 2008 I joined the Thornhill Fitness Centre and engaged a personal trainer. My goal was to improve my health by getting physically fit; exercising at least 5 days a week and reducing my weight. In the past I have worked with four other personal trainers at a variety of facilities in the GTA and therefore had an idea of what to expect.
I was assigned to Andrew Jennings, a personal trainer from 5 More... who continues today to exceed my expectations and eliminated my perception
of the value of personal training. Andrew is far superior to any of the previous trainers I’ve had because of his positive energy. He has the skills, creativity and knowledge to motivate and challenge me to achieve results that have far exceeded my expectations. My health concerns have been totally eliminated due to the value of personal training. I would NEVER have pushed myself to the level of achievement I’ve experienced by working out with Andrew. Could I have achieved these results
without Andrew’s direction, inspiration and energy? Absolutely not. Personal training continues to be an investment in myself. People say to me they can’t afford personal training, a gym membership and I now say to them “I can’t afford not to do both... this is an investment in my health.
